Phoebe Fleming, LMSW

As a compassionate therapist, I partner with my clients to navigate life's complexities with courage, grace, and a sense of humor. My approach is adaptable and solution-focused, combining different therapeutic techniques to help each person gain clarity, build resilience, and reclaim their sense of balance.

My background includes Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Nursing from Texas Christian University, along with a Master's in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health from The University of Texas at Arlington. Before becoming a therapist, I built a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry focusing on mental health, where I worked closely with healthcare professionals in Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, and Family Practice. This unique experience deepened my understanding of mental health and fueled my passion for helping others through direct therapeutic support.

I employ methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and mindfulness to assist clients in managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. With the goal of meeting the unique needs of each individual, my hope is to develop a personalized approach that will empower you to take charge of your mental health and discover lasting strength.
